Susa House is a delightful apartment on the fourth floor of an ancient building located on Giovanni Da Milano Street, between Romagna Avenue and Susa Square, in the Città Studi area of Milan.
The apartment has been completely renovated and offers four spacious and bright rooms, each with a private bathroom, a small table, a wardrobe, a TV, and air conditioning with cooling and heating functions.
The property also features a spacious and bright common room with a kitchenette, where you will find a long solid wood table dating back to ancient times. In this room, you will also find a coffee machine, a kettle for tea, an induction hob, and a microwave.
All the rooms have double beds but can be used as single rooms or with single beds, depending on your needs.

The area of Piazzale Susa is very well connected by public transport, including the subway (Piola station, green line MM2), which will allow you to quickly reach the heart of the city (San Babila and Duomo) and the shopping areas (Corso Buenos Aires and Piazza Lima).
